Snap Stick Studio brings on-site, live photo magnet printing to weddings, parties, and corporate events across the Highland Lakes and Hill Country region. These areas include Austin, Spicewood, Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Burnet, Llano, and Fredericksburg. Guests can text or AirDrop the photos they made at the event and walk away minutes later with a real, printed magnet, and not a digital file they'll forget to download.

How it works

Guests step in front of the setup, take a photo (or share one via text or AirDrop from their phone), and watch it be created and turn into a magnetized keepsake in real time. There is no waiting until after the event, no separate pickup. It works as both entertainment during the reception or cocktail hour and a favor guests actually take home, instead of a disposable trinket that ends up in the trash before night's end.

Additional time is available at $150/hour, and extra magnets beyond your package can be added in sets of 10. Booking starts with a mockup for approval, a signed contract, and a 50% deposit. Austin's wedding and event venues range from historic ranches like Star Hill Ranch to modern indoor/outdoor spaces around the city. For corporate events, live magnet printing works well at conferences and activations near the Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center. A hands-on station draws foot traffic at a booth in a way a static display doesn't.

Spicewood

Spicewood's venues: riverfront and lakeside properties like Blissful Hill and tree-shaded spaces like Cypress Valley Event Center, tend toward relaxed, outdoor-forward weddings, which is exactly the setting where a live photo station does well. FAQ

How far do you travel? We serve the greater Austin and Highland Lakes/Hill Country area, including Spicewood, Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Burnet, Llano, and Fredericksburg. Events outside this radius may be possible with a travel fee; please ask when you inquire.

How far in advance should we book? Weddings are typically booked 2–6 months out; corporate events often book 4–8 weeks out. Book as early as you can, especially for peak wedding season weekends.

Do you need power and space on-site? Yes, a standard power outlet and roughly a 10x10 ft footprint works for most setups. If power is not available, we have other avenues for those situations. Let us know your venue when you inquire so we can confirm.

What happens if it rains or the event is outdoors? Let us know your venue's indoor backup plan when booking. The printing equipment needs to stay dry and out of direct sun, so an outdoor setup needs at least partial cover.
